1 medium-sized potato, peeled
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 tbsp olive oil
Half a bundle of coriander, chopped
1 tsp minced garlic
¼ cup lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Take Nabil Pepper Lemon Chicken Breast out to thaw 2 hours before preparation. Roll the chicken breast into a cylinder. Roast Nabil Pepper Lemon Chicken Breast for 15 minutes at 190°C.
Step 2
To make rösti potatoes: Coarsely grate potato and season with salt and pepper. Fry grated potato in a frying pan until fully cooked.
Step 3
To make coriander dressing: Mix coriander with garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and a little salt.
