5 cup spinach, washed thoroughly
 ¼ cup chopped onion
 ¼ cup olive oil
2 cup potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 cup cheese (preferably cheddar or mozzarella)
1 cup fresh cream
1 tsp nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Roast Nabil Chicken Escalope for 20 minutes at 180°C, then set aside.
Step 2
To prepare the spinach, heat olive oil and onion in a small frying pan over medium heat, and then add spinach. Add salt and pepper to taste and then shape spinach into medium-sized balls.
Step 3
To prepare Dauphinoise potatoes, mix potatoes with with cream and cheese. Add salt, pepper and nutmeg and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Serve Dauphinoise potatoes with Nabil Chicken Escalope on top and decorate with spinach.
