Packet of Nabil Crispy Chicken Chips
2 cups assorted vegetables, thiny sliced (e.g. bell peppers, zucchini, carrots, cabbage…etc.)
1 onion, thinly sliced
 1 cup white rice noodles
¼ cup soy sauce
3 of cloves garlic, crushed
¼ cup chopped ginger
1 tbsp sesame oil
¼ cup oyster sauce

Step 1
Fry Nabil Crispy Chicken Chips in oil for 5 minutes at 160°C.
Step 2
Soak the white rice noodles in warm water for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and add onion. Then add vegetables, ginger, garlic, soy sauce and oyster sauce and stir fry for 2 minutes.
Step 4
Add vegetables to Nabil Crispy Chicken Chips and serve with rice noodles.
