Amman, Jordan – February 2014 – Nabil Foods, the most prominent name in the frozen food industry in Jordan and the region, kicked off 2014 by participating in the third annual edition of HORECA Kuwait, the Gulf country’s number one hospitality, catering and food industry exhibition. The event was held at the Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel from January 27 to 29.
Discussing the significance of this annual event, Nabil Foods Marketing Director Farah Rassam underscored the importance of the Kuwaiti market, highlighting its prosperity and the steady growth of its hospitality and food industry, which is expected to welcome the launch of a number of new projects in the coming months.
Commenting on the occasion, Rassam also added, “This exhibition, like the many exhibitions Nabil Foods participates in, provides a vital platform for us to develop and expand our strategic partnerships and to extend our network both regionally and globally. It was an honor to contribute our experience and technological advancements to the wealth of industry innovation present at HORECA Kuwait 2014.”
This is the second consecutive year that Nabil Foods has participated in HORECA Kuwait, which is regarded as one of the biggest hospitality, catering and food industry exhibitions in the Middle East. Along with the participation of key industry decision makers and numerous specialized companies spanning the breadth of the industry, HORECA Kuwait 2014 hosted a series of cooking competitions between some of the region’s top chefs.
Nabil Foods was founded in 1945 and today is considered one of the most prominent names in the frozen food industry in Jordan and the region. The company produces more than 200 chicken, meat, and fish products, along with a line of ready-to-eat frozen meals and desserts. Nabil also supplies a number of international fast food chains with food products for their operations.
