2 cup basmati rice
4 cup hot water
3 tbsp vegetable oil
8 cardamom pods
¼ cup minced ginger
Salt and pepper
Red and yellow food coloring
½ cup tomato sauce

Step 1
Fry Nabil Gourmet Shish Kebab in a non-stick frying pan until cooked and set aside.
Step 2
To make biryani rice: Soak rice in the water for 1 hour. Heat water, oil, salt, cardamom and ginger in a pot over medium heat until the mixture boils. Add the rice to the pot and let it cook for 30 minutes. Once the rice is fluffy, add yellow and red food coloring to the rice, let the food coloring soak for 5 minutes, and then mix the rice until it is multi-colored.
Step 3
Serve the rice with Nabil Gourmet Shish Kebab and add the tomato sauce on top.
