Packet of Nabil Lamb Kubbe
½ cup sliced onions
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup sumac
1 cup water
Salt and pepper
In a pot, cook olive oil and onion on medium heat for 4 minutes.
Then add water and sumac and continue cooking for 10 minutes.
Fry Nabil Lamb Kubbe for 2 minutes at 180°C and then reduce heat and continue frying for 3 minutes.
Add Nabil Lamb Kubbe to the sauce and continue to cook the Kubbe and sauce for one minute, while stirring.
Note: Nabil Lamb Kubbe can be served with green salad or cucumbers with yogurt.
