Packet of Nabil Shawerma
4 pieces of Arabic shrak bread
1 medium onion, cut into long slices
2 tbsp sumac
¼ cup chopped parsley
Ingredients for garlic sauce:
1 cup vegetable oil
1 egg (whites only)
3 cloves of garlic 
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Remove Nabil Shawerma from the freezer 24 hours before cooking and place in refrigerator to defrost.
Step 2
Grill Nabil Shawerma in a non-stick frying pan.
Step 3
Wrap Nabil Shawerma in shrak bread and continue to cook in pan.
Step 4
Cut shawerma wraps into pieces.
Step 5
To make garlic sauce: Blend all garlic sauce ingredients in an electric mixer.
Step 6
Serve Nabil Shawerma with onions, sumac and garlic sauce.
