Packet of Nabil Gourmet Shish Kebab
2 cup basmati rice
4 cup hot water
3 tbsp vegetable oil
¼ cup toasted almonds
¼ cup chopped seedless tomatoes
¼ cup chopped parsley and mint
¼ cup sultana raisins soaked in hot water
Salt and pepper
Fry Nabil Gourmet Shish Kebab in a non-stick frying pan until cooked and set aside.
To make Turkish rice:
Soak rice in the water for 1 hour.
Heat water, oil, salt, parsley and mint in a pot over medium heat until the mixture boils.
Add the rice to the pot and let it cook for 30 minutes.
When the rice is done, add almonds, sultana raisins, salt and pepper.
Serve with Nabil Gourmet Shish Kebab and drizzle with tomato sauce.
