2 cup basmati rice
4 cup hot water
3 tbsp vegetable oil
¼ cup toasted almonds
¼ cup chopped seedless tomatoes
¼ cup chopped parsley and mint
¼ cup sultana raisins soaked in hot water
Salt and pepper

Step 1
Fry Nabil Gourmet Shish Kebab in a non-stick frying pan until cooked and set aside.
Step 2
To make Turkish rice: Soak rice in the water for 1 hour. Heat water, oil, salt, parsley and mint in a pot over medium heat until the mixture boils. Add the rice to the pot and let it cook for 30 minutes.
Step 3
When the rice is done, add almonds, sultana raisins, salt and pepper.
Step 4
Serve with Nabil Gourmet Shish Kebab and drizzle with tomato sauce.
